Like to go fishing or duck hunting in shallow lakes or smaller streams not easily accessible? Go place others can't? Or just don't want the bulk of a big boat? A pram might be the answer. They row easily because of their smaller size, and are very stable for their width. Plus, they fit in the back of your pickup! People really get attached to their prams. They take you places only a pram can go. |

Chuck and one of our engineers, John Spencer, getting ready to fit a 12 foot pram to the back of a pickup. |
Step one complete, the front end is on the tailgate. Time to push! (Here's where having a second person helps). |

The Pram is just about loaded up now. One strong guy could have handled this, but as you see it is easier with two people. |
Fully loaded in the back of the pickup and with two people, nobody worked up a sweat. |

The 12 foot model shown is just right for two good sized men and plenty of gear. As you can see, it only drafts about two inches of water. 8 - 14 foot models available. Options include: Choices of seats, oars, grab handles, anchor and anchor release, dry boxes, paint colors, seat boxes, motor stern, folding tops, and trailers. Prams and skiffs are great for fishing in tight areas with shallow waters." |
