17 x 61 "Warrior" Sorry, this drift boat has been sold. It's pretty much loaded with the "Warrior" package except the trailer is a powder coated production model which saves you a few bucks for other stuff.
What you need to remember is, being a "Warrior" it has a lot of options included like - level floors, adjustable floor system, 8 position oar lock blocks, fish scale, two drain holes, dimpled bottom, wave cutter bow, radius stern, box seats (2), Rower box seat, 10 drink holders, and locking anchor nest. Demo Boat 16x55 "Guardian" For Sale $9,500
This was Chuck's personal boat he took on a six day trip down the middle-fork of the Salmon River in Idaho. One of the wildest rivers in the country. He designed this boat especially for the Salmon River and says it was a great choice." Going down the Salmon River was a crazy and wonderful experience, says Chuck. All I heard about was that rocks were everywhere with class 3 & 4 rapids on every turn. So I designed a drift boat that handled like a sports car in heat and was glad I did. Everything I heard was true. The rapids we big and fast, I hit some rocks, some unavoidable, and a couple, welI, next time I'll do better. But next time, I'll take a boat just like this one."
Chuck also took this "Guardian" thru Hayes Falls and Powerhouse Falls here in Oregon (class 4's) along with a few fishing trips. Needless to say, a few rocks were hit and we can't sell this boat as new. If you want a drifter that's already got some history and paid it's dues, this is the one. This drifter was Chuck Gros's personal boat. It has been to six sportsmen shows and will is on the cover of the Washington Sport Fishing Regulations 2010-2011. It was also on the back cover of March STS Magazine.The "Warrior" is our signature model drift boat and has turned out to be the favorite among guides and sportsmen alike. It's got about every feature we have to offer and is the latest design on the market.
